As we inch ever closer to the weekend I have another fabulous wedding to share with you today, courtesy of regular to the blog Loke Roos. Sandra and Derek were married on the 23rd July 2016 in Sweden. To keep thing laid back and totally them, their ceremony was held in a car park and their reception on a boat. With some super cool getting ready shots and a wonderful first look this wedding is super stylish and full of love and fun. I just love Sandra and Derek, they have really made their wedding their own and the results are awesome.
Sandra and Derek, love at first sight! After Sandra decided to move to the US from Sweden to study photography, she meet Derek after only a couple of weeks at the Santa Barbara City Collage. After that things went fast and months later they were expecting their first child – only after 12 months since that first sight of love. They both work as wedding photographers and love life to the fullest. When they started to work on their wedding plans one thing was clear – they didn’t want a normal wedding. Not because it’s not beautiful, but because it does not reflect them as people. Instead, they had their wedding on an old boat in the harbor of Malmö and a late ceremony at the parking lot just outside at 9pm

What a beautiful venue for a wedding, awesome photography.
Love the style. It’s great to see the images not blown out. They are soft but have the perfect about of shape and contrast.
