Rebecca and Daniel’s Cornflower Blue and Wild Flower Northamptonshire Wedding by Kathryn Edwards Photography
Yay for Friday and Happy (nearly) Bank holiday weekend to you all. I hope you...
Today I am taking you to Preston Court, one of my favourite wedding venues in the UK. Such a stunning venue with so many options and possibilities, I just know you are going to love it! Camilla and Joseph chose this stunning venue as it has the most wonderful option for an outdoor ceremony. Luckily the weather was kind to them and they were able to hold their ceremony outside in the most gorgeous of settings. With a fun-filled reception in another stunning part of Preston Court, this wedding is an absolute beauty! Big thanks to Matt Wing for the images.
Camilla and Joseph were married on the 7th May 2016 at Preston Court, Canterbury, Kent ‘We were hoping for a sunny day and to be able to get married outside and Juliana Island was so unique (with the bridge as the aisle) and being surrounded by wildlife. We wanted A venue which was relaxed and friendly and Preston Court ticked all the boxes. We had 80 guests at it took 18 months to plan.’
Why did you choose your photographer?
We chose Matt as we wanted someone to document our day rather than conduct it. We looked at quite a few photographers but once we met Matt we immediately knew. He is a genuinely nice guy – very laid back while at the same time professional and very easy to chat to with. He really makes you feel at ease which is really reflected in our incredible photos.
Flower Girls outfits were by La Coqueta.
Theme or colour scheme
We had white & green flowers, with blue and white for the flower girl and page boy.
Our gorgeous flowers were designed by The Vintage Floral Design Co. & The Vintage Floral Design Studio.
Our caterers were Tayberry Foods. The food was amazing.
We had the fab Mistershakes band.
