Today on the blog I am delighted as it’s our very own Kelly C and her truly talented husband Paul from Paul Joseph Photography who are sharing one of their gorgeous weddings with us. Lizzie and Andy held a true Yorkshire wedding in a gorgeous village hall which looks like so much fun, and by all accounts from Kelly it was one of her favourite weddings of last year. Both Lizzie and Andy look like so much fun, so many smiles and so much love in abundance. Paul and Kelly have done a wonderful job as ever in capturing this day so beautifully, a wonderful addition to any wedding if you decided to book them for your big day, they really are bloody good at their job!
Lizzie and Andy were married on 11th October 2014 at St.Edwards King RC Church and the reception was held at Thorner Victory Hall in Thorner.
How did you choose your photographer
Paul Joseph Photography photographed Lizzie’s sisters wedding and they loved the images!
The Dress
The dress was provided by the lovely ladies at Ava Rose Hamilton. The hair peice from Victoria Walker Boutique. The make up was done by the fantastic Lauren Sally and lastest right until the end of the evening. Lauren is amazing!
The Suit and Bridesmaids
As Andy wears a suit every day for his job he wanted something a little different and he suit was from James Michelsberg.
Flowers
The flowers were done by the family and no vendor was used. Lizzie wanted more of a rustic look.
Decoration
Home made bunting and table decorations
Food
The beef joint was served on a board and an allocated person from each table served the meat to all the guests. A selection of vegetables were included. A trio of desserts followed the main course. All the food was provided by Friends For Dinner and was absolutely amazing!
Wedding Cake
Lizzie and Andy are not big fans of cake so the decided to have a pork pie cake tower.
Entertainment
A great band called Kings of the Dance-floor found via Warble Entertainment entertained the guests during the evening. A one point nearly all the guests were on the dancefloor. They were absolutely fantastic.
Personal or Handmade Touches
The Village Hall was decorated by family and friends and all the bunting was made by Lizzie’s mum. It looked fantastic!
