365 Happiness Project 2014 – Week 29

Week 29 – All the wonderful things that have made me happy this week.

• Early morning cuddles with Dexter
• Sunshine
• Washing drying on the line
• A tea of Antipasta and lots of picky bits
• Orange is the new Black
• A vist from my friend Sarah
• A good catch up
• A walk in the woods
• Picking my mum up from the station
• Mum getting to meet her grandson for the first time
• Cuddles with Dexter
• A lovely dinner
• Champagne
• A bit of a lay in
• Mum looking after Dexter and being a great Granny
• A lazy morning
• A walk in the woods and stopping off for an ice cream
• Lovely chats with my mum
• Drinks and nibbles with Mum and Nik’s mum and dad
• More champagne
• A lovely dinner out with the family
• Dexter behaving himself again while we were out
• A visit from Dee in the night
• Anther lay in (thanks Nik and mum)
• A lovely breakfast (smoked slamon and poached egg)
• Arranging to see my mum again before she heads back to Cornwall
• More sunshine, and more washing on the line
• Getting some work done while Dexter sleeps
• The new series of Ray
• Getting my son weighed – 4 weeks and a healthy 9lb 13oz
• Making plans
• A trip to the hair dressers for my yearly perm
• Feeling pampered
• New curly hair and feeling fab
• Evening drinks in the sunshine with Nik, Dexter and Paul the Godfather
• Feeling happy and content
• A cheeky KFC
• Orange is the new Black
• A Saturday in the office catching up while Nik looks after Dexter (thanks Nik)
• Feeling productive
• A Chinese takeaway and a saturday night film
• Nik letting me lay in till 9am while he looks after Dexter
• A lazy Sunday morning
• Dexter falling asleep in my arms and long cuddles
• A Visit from our friends Matt and Alison
• Getting stuff bought on the internet and getting jobs crossed off my list
• A chilled out Sunday evening
