Today I am looking at Red Weddings. Red being the colour linked to romance can sometimes be seen as the obvious colour for a wedding and indeed it is incredibly popular with many different sorts of weddings. From traditional weddings to alternative wedding, red plays a stable part in any couples colour scheme. It can be used to create a bold statement, especially good if you want to get noticed! Think red nails, red lips or a bright red pair of wedding shoes if you want to make a statement. Red roses are of course very popular, but mix these in with birds of paradise and some more obscure flowers to really create an impact. Then think of other ways to bring red into your wedding, the cake, the decoration, the outfits. Why not be really brave and wear a red wedding dress for something completely different! You really can put red just about anywhere! You can see my full Red Weddings board HERE.

I rarely ever see red weddings! And when I do, it’s just red roses and solid red bridesmaid dresses where none of the favors, cake or decor are red. I enjoyed this; thank you.
