My Photography Diary: A Weekend in Leaminghton Spa

Entry 22 of my photography diary and this time it’s a weekend in Leaminghton Spa. Nik’s younger sister Johanna and her husband Paul live in Leamington and we go and visit them quite regularly. This time Nik’s best mate Matt , his wife Lucie and their son Sonny came as well. We had a lovely weekend in the sunshine, walking round Leaminghton, drinking, eating good food and having a really good catch up. As ever my camera came with me and I couldn’t resist getting lots of baby Sonny, he is such a cheeky monkey and such a cute model!

After taking these photos I realised that my camera was on auto focus instead of manual focus which is why a lot of these photos seem a tad blurred, which is annoying but a mistake that has now been rectified! I edited them in lightroom and after another lightroom lesson with Jaye, I corrected my white balance, played around with the exposure, used the HSC and played around with my green tones and did a bit of sharpening. The pictures aren’t perfect but Sonny is still super cute!
