‘Deep Tones and Textures’ a Vintage Boho Country Elopement

If you are considering changing your current wedding plans for a much smaller affair to fight the burden that Covid19 has brought upon us, then today’s Country Elopement styled shoot is just what you need in your life. This striking styled shoot just goes to show you don’t have to forfeit the decor and details just because your guest count is lower. The shoot took place in Ridgeville in South Carolina last February and it brings all those warm, rich tones that you would envisage from a country wedding. With touches of vintage mixed in with a country theme, the beautiful colours are perfect for any couple looking to bring a bit of Boho into their lives. Big thanks to Something Borrowed K&S who submitted the shoot and to Olive and Ivory Photography for the gorgeous photos.

Sarah from Something Borrowed K&S tells us more about the shoot

We wanted this styled shoot to have all the feels. With lots of texture and deep emeralds and ambers, this shoot was the perfect way to display what a vintage elopement can embody. The florals from Creech’s Florist added the perfect pops of colour with just the right amount of whimsy. The ceremony area was a perfect casual setting with throws and pillows and tons of candles for a little sparkle. The bride with her dark hair and natural makeup was the perfect match for our not so groomed groom. This real life couple played their parts perfectly and it shows. We wanted it to feel very intimate but still wow any guests that may attend. The perfect setting was a sweet little horse barn on the outskirts of Charleston.
