Saturday Cinema: Zoe and Dom’s Beautiful Cotwolds Wedding by Reel Love Film

Happy Saturday everyone and welcome to another Saturday Cinema! I hope you are all having a great weekend so far? I am off to Chester this weekend to visit my friends Becky and Bertie and their children Anya and Marcus. I’ve known Becky since I was eight, so it’s always great to catch up with them all. Becky is also an amazing cook! So her house is always a great place to be a guest! Looking forward to lots of food and wine!…………Anyway enough about me, onto today’s featured presentation which has been sent into me by Frances from Reel Love Films.

It’s the wedding of  Zoe and Dom who were married on 7th June at Barnsley House in the Cotswolds. A gorgeous day despite the rain, with a heartfelt and funny speech made by the groom! Zoe’s dress is stunning and the flower girls are so cute! I am also loving all the lovely details and the marquee lining, great to see some pattern! I just love Frances style of shooting, it’s so clean and crisp and so well-edited!

I asked Frances what her favourite part of the wedding was? ‘Beautiful venue, despite the rain! Zoe’s dress was so feminine and delicate, really beautiful, plus their young daughters and their floaty dresses were adorable.’

Why do you think a couple should hire a film maker for their wedding?  ‘It’s such an important record of the day, to hear peoples voices, see them moving, catch little moments that may have been forgotten, re-live the emotions and feelings of the day.’

What do you think make a good wedding video? ‘Being sensitive to the day and the couple, allowing things to happen without interfering, capturing the feelings on the day and the story of the couple, and all the smiles and happy tears that happen!’
