Saturday Cinema: Sara and Damien’s Walled Garden Wedding With the Best First Dance Ever! by Simon Clarke

Happy Saturday everyone and welcome along to another Saturday Cinema. So what have you all got planned today? anything exciting? September is a crazy busy month for me so I will be in my office for most of the weekend catching up on wedding planning jobs, writing blog posts and generally trying to get ahead of myself before the madness starts! Tonight I am off out with a few friends for a Thai meal which I’m naturally looking forward to, food, wine and friends = the perfect night out! I’m hoping for a few cocktails as well!

So onto today’s featured presentation which has been sent into me by Simon Clarke. It’s the wedding of Sara and Damien who were married on 4th June at The Walled Garden at Cowdray in  Midhurst, West Sussex. I LOVE this wedding and it has been captured perfectly by Simon. The couple are so full of fun and laughter and I am just loving Damien’s outfit, his blazer is outstanding! and I am loving the badges as a little extra touch! The venue looks stunning with all the little detailing but my favorite part has to be the first dance, so good to watch as they have choreographered their own routine which they execute perfectly! It really is worth a watch!

I asked Simon what his favourite part of the wedding was ‘There was a lot of things I loved about this Wedding, the couple were a lot of fun to work with, the venue was beautiful to shoot at, a lot of thought had gone into making it a lovely and fun day for them and their guests with details galore! and of course being a massive Beatles fan the tribute band “Beatles for sale” were excellent.’

Why do you think a couple should hire a film maker for their wedding ‘I think that having a film to remember your day for the rest of your life is priceless. Photographs are amazing and do a great job of telling some of the story but having a good film will instantly take you back to the day, with the words, movement, fun and emotion that is captured.’

What do you think make a good wedding video ‘This is a hard question to answer as it is so subjective, but for me it’s one that tells the story well and looks beautiful.’

fantastic video, so original, I love the edit and it looked like a great wedding too. The couple are so cool, the groom’s dress sense is amazing, OK the bride looked lovely too.

So many great parts, but the groom sitting on the brides lap, made me smile the most.

    Great work, Great wedding
