Welcome back to Saturday Cinema this afternoons featured presentation is brought to you by First Kiss Films who specialise in the vintage 16mm and super 8mm film  in their words ‘to create touching fine art film’ The wedding film of Tamara and Leon looks like it has stepped right out fo a 1920s movie, her dress, his suit, the whole styling is superb, and Bridget has captured the day perfectly in her own vintage signature style.

{ Tamara & Len } 1920’s super 8 wedding trailer ~ Edmonton, Alberta from { First Kiss Films } vintage cin on Vimeo.

Bridget tells me a bit more about the wedding. ‘It seemed as though an entire town shut down to celebrate Tamara & Len’s wedding day. Held at charming Fort Edmonton Park surrounded by historical buildings of time’s gone by, the  two said “i do” in a tiny, century-old church in front of 40 of their closest friends and family members.
T&L chose to let their personalities shine though a carefully planned wedding focusing on family, friends, amazing food,  and some vintage fun. Their affinity for cards inspired them to treat their guests to a surprise 1920’s themed casino night! Of course there was a sweet twist –  the chips everyone played for were valued in love.’
