Merry Christmas From Boho and a very very Happy New Year!

So it’s day 5 of Christmas week and only 1 more sleep till Christmas Day. As of today I have officially broken up for Christmas! So today’s plan is lunch with my Husbands side of the family, then spending the rest of the day getting the food prepared for Christmas dinner. I have written myself a very long and detailed list (naturally) of things that need to be done as I don’t want to be spending all Christmas day cooking.

I will be back at work on 28th as I have a lot of wedding planning related work to get done BUT I have decided that the blog needs a little holiday so today is the last post of 2010! It will be back in full force in January where I will be putting the results from the readers survey into practice and shacking things up a bit.

This year has been amazing, my first year in business really couldn’t have gone any better! I am really proud of what I have achieved and yes it may be very un English of me, but I feel a well deserved pat on the back is needed!
I have worked incredibly hard to get Boho Weddings and Events to where it is now, wedding planning certainly isn’t an easy or glamorous job, but I have loved every minute of it. I feel totally blessed every day to do a job I love, and so lucky to have met so many amazing people, great suppliers, great brides and grooms and you the readers of my little blog.
I can only imagine what 2011 has in store for Boho but I intend to work just as hard to make sure all my gorgeous couples have the amazing weddings they have dreamed of, while keeping the blog fresh, new and up to date.

I’m also going to try my best to spend more time for myself. For those wedding suppliers and wedding bloggers reading this I’m sure you will all agree that the wedding industry is all consuming, it’s an all or nothing sort of industry and it doesn’t leave you with much time for family and friends. So my new years resolutaion is going to be to spend more time with my Husband and try my hardest to see more of my friends who I have totally neglected this year. The first year of business is always going to be hard, so I’m hoping that 2011 is going to prove a busy yet slightly less stressful time.

So lots of exciting projects on the Horizon for Boho, I can’t wait to get my teeth into 2011…………..but first a few days off, lots of food, rubbish TV and time with friends and family!

So I’d like to wish you all a very very Merry Christmas, thank you all for popping past to read my little blog, and here’s to an amazing 2011!
