Susie and Dom’s Pretty Pastel Devon Barn Wedding By Jennifer Jane Photography

Hello everyone and how are you all this fine Thursday? Today I am super nervous and very excited as I am off to the Hospital to have laser eye surgery. I wear glasses for pretty much everything, phone, computer, TV; just not walking around and driving. I have 3 different prescriptions and astigmatism in both eyes. For that reason I decided to get them lasered and hopefully get rid of the many pairs of different glasses I have to wear every day. I’m hoping that within a day or two I will be able to see much better and be able to ditch the glasses. For that reason I have taken the next few days off, so will be relaxing and taking it easy. Don’t worry though as I have the next few days posts ready and scheduled for you. So on with today’s wedding. We head over to Devon for Susie and Dom’s pretty pastel barn wedding, filled with super cute decor, all captured by Jennifer Jane Photography.

Jen from Jennifer Jane Weddings tells us more abut the day

The ceremony was outside in the walled garden of Upton barn in Devon, with the reception taking place in their new Cider Barn. Susie wore a dress from made with Love Bridal bought from The White Collection. Whilst Dom wore a suit from Moss bros. Poppy’s Wedding Studio did all the floral arrangements. Including decorating the ceremony gazebo, bouquets and buttonholes as well as the wedding breakfast tables. Flowers included: Pink and white peonies David Austin ‘Kate’ roses White dahlia Blush astilbe Fuchsia pink spray roses White stocks And plenty of eucalyptus!

The groom’s mother Lin, created the cake for the wedding. Louise Alway did hair and Elle Hitchins did make up. Speeches were held outside in the garden around the fountain before the wedding breakfast of serving platters by Peter Mundy Catering. During the afternoon The Cocktail Kings were on hand in the campervan to create cocktails and mocktails for guests to enjoy. The evening kicked off with Those Amazing DJ’s.
