Kathryn and Shaun’s Intimate Backyard Miami Wedding by Aurora Photography

Happy Friday everyone and how are you all this fine and sunny Friday? I am super happy because I am going on holiday on Monday and as Friday’s are currently my day off with Dexter, my holidays start  today, Happy Days! Today I am taking you off to Miami for this super gorgeous wedding of Kathryn and Shaun who were married on 9th March 2019 in an intimate Backyard ceremony. They filled their day with the most gorgeous handmade details, lots of pretty succulents, a gorgeous ceremony backdrop, their pet dog and the most touching first look. Finishing off the celebrations with some beach side portrait shots. The whole day is beautiful from beginning to end, captured perfectly by Aurora Photography.

Bess from Aurora Photography tells us more about the day

When I first chatted with these two love birds, I was so excited and nervous to work with two people that were so passionate about photography. Shaun is an amazing artist who creates stunning drone photography as well as document his travels with fiancée Kat. They beautifully document their connection, passion, and epic escapades travelling throughout the world. In other words, I had a lot to live up to and I was so honoured they trusted me to photograph their intimate Miami boho wedding.

Their wedding day was the perfect combination of hand made details, beaming family members, and so much love. Their pup Breck was the cutest addition to their wedding and joined in their family portraits. Breck also has the cutest Instagram page you should be sure to visit.

Kathryn and Shaun’s vows were honest, heartfelt, and raw. There was not one dry eye in attendance – myself included. After the backyard ceremony we all hopped in the car and drove to the nearest beach for sunset portraits.
