This afternoon I have the most magical of styled shoots to share with you. It comes from the mountains fo Northern Italy and is filled with winter wonderness and so much woodland magic. The shoot took place on 8th November 2017 in the Italian Alps in Vallecamonica and it is the result of a collective of wedding suppliers who wanted to inspire other couples to choose the northern mountains for their wedding or elopement. The images are gorgeous and filled with the most beautiful detailing and some stunning styling ideas. I know you are going to love it.
We are Claudia, wedding designer for Claudine weddings, Silvia and Daniela, wedding photographers for Filblanc Wedding Photography and Michela, flower designer for Il Bucaneve flower shop. We are all “mountain girls” and we really love our landscapes and want to promote Italian mountains as the perfect venues for a romantic wedding. In order to do that, we created a network of wedding specialists and called it Wedding Berries: we can provide all services needed for organizing an intimate mountain wedding.
We love the Alps and mountain weddings. We chose to create this styled shoot to show our future clients how romantic it can be to get married in such a beautiful location. We took our inspiration from everything around us. We chose a fir wood with its lights and shadow, moss and ferns. The wild berries that you can find in the wood were used both in the floral decorations and on the wedding stationary. To emphasize the contrast with the deep green of the surroundings we chose vibrant colours for the arrangements and we hung up a chandelier lamp among the trees over a simple wood table laid with a greenery runner and copper elements. The lights play the leading role in the whole setting.
