Good Afternoon and welcome to this lovely Thursday afternoon. How are you all today? This afternoon on the blog we have a gorgeous elopement styled shoot to share with you all the way from North Carolina. Imagine eloping with your loved one to a location as amazing as this? Many thanks to Tessa Blackstone for sharing these wonderful woodland images with us all today.
The shoot took place in Febuary of this year in Asheville, North Carolina. This couple has been married for 7 years. The bride told me they had a handful of photos that they kept from their wedding. That was it. A handful. We decided to remake their wedding into an elopement and host in the middle of Asheville. A town that we ALL loved dearly.
The inspiration behind the shoot was nature. 100%. I am a boho, hippy, crunchy, whatever you want to call it. We absolutely love spending time in the woods and hiking.
I wanted this couple to feel like they remade their wedding entirely, and have pictures that they would end up keeping for years to come! Instead of having photos that they were ashamed of and wanted nothing to do with. I most definitely feel like we accomplished that! The couple and myself, are head over heals in love with the outcome of this shoot.
