Happy Monday everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend? Mine was a busy one getting the house ready for it to go on the market this week. We had lots of jobs to get done but we powered through and now we are ready for the estate agents tomorrow. In Blog news we have lots of lovely weddings to share with you this week, starting off with this gorgeous wedding from from Kristyn Harder Photography. Shawna and Willie were married on 19th September at Camp Kasota in Alberta, Canada. It’s a beautiful day with a gorgeous first look, stunning outdoor ceremony and biggest gold balloons you ever did see! I hope you love it as much as I do.

Kristyn the photographer tells us more about the wedding

My memories of Sylvan Lake are from many years ago, when I made summer trips with my family. Warm days, swimming in the lake, camping nearby, the massive floatie Mom bought for us to use, these are just some of the things that come to mind when I think about the little lake town. Now I have another set of amazing memories from Shawna and Willie’s special day, which I captured on a beautiful September Saturday. The day was organic, simple and so beautiful. There were rustic touches along with some modern elements (hello beautiful big gold balloons!!!) which is my favourite combination. The wedding party was seriously the life of the party, along with the rest of the guests. What started as a low key, relaxing day, quickly turned into a blast – as champagne was popping, we took photos on a beautiful boat, and the evening ended with a bang (literally) in the form of a fireworks display above the water. I felt so fortunate to be a part of such a dynamic, unique wedding day.
