WEEK 7 – ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS THAT HAVE MADE ME HAPPY THIS WEEK

• A lovely trip to the cinema with my friend
• A good catch up
• A promise to myself to take more time out
• Bathtime fun
• A good reslt form the hospital
• Dexter cuddles when I pick him up from nursery
• Sleep
• A productive day in the office
• Making plans
• A day with the family
• Dexter playing with his cousins
• Catching up with my mother and sister-in-law
• Getting my nails done
• Relief as Dexter eats some food after being poorly
• Nik home after two days away
• Getting to grips with technology
• Getting that to do list crossed off
• Friday morning at mini ravers
• Dexter having a fab time
• Lots of dancing (from me and Dexter)
• Lots of smiles from the children
• A trip to Sainsbury’s and buying lots of treats for my mum’s visit
• Getting my hair cut on Saturday morning
• Getting the house clean for my mum’s visit
• Picking up my mum from the station
• Out for dinner and a good catch up
• Wine, good food and the people I love
• Prosecco and a film
• An early night
• Sunshine
• Feeling awake for once
• Smoked salmon for breakfast
• A trip to the farm
• Dexter loving the animals and the tractor
• Farmers market and lots of yummy food
• A lovely morning in the sunshine
• A family afternoon out for lunch
• Yummy food
• Playtime for Dexter and a catch up for the family
• Getting stuff done on a Sunday night
• Spending time with my mum
• Prosecco
• Chill out time
