This afternoon we have a huge dose of wedding inspiration from our good friends at The Wedding of my Dreams. The wedding of my dreams have been long time supporters of the blog, so when they sent me a few shots of a recent styled shoot they had put together I knew that I just had to share it with you. The shoot is not only beautiful but totally doable, it shows you easily how you can create different looks for your wedding using the products on sale via The wedding of my dreams website, so a less aspirational shoot for you today and more of a real life you can actually achieve this look shoot. They have covered four different areas, Winter Wonderland, Blush fairytale, Wedding favour table and Cake tables. There really is something for every Boho Chic bride here, enjoy!
What made you decide to do the Shoot?
At The Wedding of my Dreams we carefully handpick each product that we offer, as wedding stylists this is the fun part. When choosing our newest items we have so many ideas floating around our heads, with different ways they can be styled on the tables and which other decorations they will work with. This shoot allowed us to bring our ideas to life and more importantly show our couples how they can achieve this at their own weddings. With winter weddings fast approaching and tons of new favours and cake decorations just added to our collection we thought there was no better time to arrange a shoot and include them all.
What did you want to get out for the shoot and do you feel you accomplished this?
We always aim for our website to be an inspiring place for couples to choose their wedding decorations, with fresh ideas and something a bit different. The Winter Woodland and Blush Fairytale tablescapes allow couples to visualise how some of these decorations could be used at their own weddings, hopefully inspiring them to develop their ideas and of course we always encourage them to add their own twist to their wedding.
This style would suit a rustic barn venue, the perfect setting for a relaxed, warm and cosy winter wedding. Bring the outside in with tree stumps lining the aisle, natural woodland details on the tables and a roaring fire in the background.
This romantic blush pink and gold glitter colour palette is perfect for creating a fairytale wedding. Add candle light, feathers, blush pink roses and a sprinkle of gold glitter to your tables to create a dreamy look.
Instead of choosing one favour for your guests add a bit of fun and let them choose. You could set up a favour station offering a mix of favours that reflect you as a couple. Our favourites include pots of homemade jam, mini plants, packets of seeds, or shots of your favourite drinks.
Your cake table doesn’t have to be just about the cake, create a setting for your wedding cake by including little details to suit your style. Backdrops or balloons behind the tables, pretty vases and candles and of course choose a cake stand to tie in with the rest of your day.

Very good detail shots, inspiration for me, thanks a lot.
These are great ideas for learning how you can set the tone of your wedding with the decorations that you use. I think my favourite is the winter woodland wonderland theme, as I think it would just be fabulous to have a winter wedding near Christmas. Not only does it bring everyone together but it’s already such a joyous time of year.
I also like the rustic theme and think it’s perfect for any couple that wants to do a garden/outdoor/country theme. But I am not a huge fan of the sparkly one!
I love the rustic paper accents. So chic!
