We are a bespoke catering company based in Norwich, specialising in personalised high quality wedding food, and service. We strive to achieve the catering experience you are dreaming of, and are more than happy to liaise closely with all of our customers to create custom, tailor made event catering.

Alex Firman has been a chef for over 15 years, with a career that has included: working for Michelin starred restaurants; as the executive chef of a vibrant four restaurant company; as the catering consultant for the launch of six new businesses in the UK and Zambia; founding the popular outside-catering company ‘Wild Rocket’ and the successful Suffolk-based delicatessen ‘St Nicholas Stores’.
These days, Alex is a successful freelance chef with a wide client base, offering outside catering, private dining for personal chef contracts, food and restaurant consultation, and as a freelance restaurant chef.
“Firstly I’m a chef, and I pride myself on the high standard of the food that I create. Also however, I’m glad to say that I’m a people person, and I really enjoy the personal nature of working with a client, to meet and strive to exceed their expectations.”
Alex can offer a range of services from a simple dinner or canape’ party, to being a hired private chef for long or short term contracts as well as providing all the consultation, catering, staff and hire services for larger events such as weddings and corporate events.

A massive thank you for catering for our wedding!
The food was simply amazing! And better than we could have ever imagined! Our guests all commented on the food, and many said it was the best wedding food they had ever had!
