Happy Friday everyone! I don’t know about you but I am SO happy that it’s Friday. I don’t work Friday so my weekend has officially begun and I couldn’t be happier! We are finishing of the week of real weddings with this magical Brazilian Beach Wedding. Pati and Piotr were married on 21st November on the Isle of Florianópolis in Brazil at Le Bar Baron , with a whopping 300 guests! The whole wedding is absolutely stunning. The decoration is so so pretty, with an abundance of beautiful flowers, THE most amazing dessert table and as for the gorgeous couple, they really steal the show! The backdrop is amazing and just makes me dream of summer holidays even though it’s only January. Big thanks to Fábio Azanha Photograph for the wonderful images.

One can say much about Brazil, but the richness of natural beauty, the vibrancy of local folklore, and the warmth of locals makes this part of the world ever so unique.
Pat and Piotr´s wedding was held on the south-east of Brazil in the island of Florianópolis, also know as the Island of Magic (Ilha da Magia), famous for its beautiful powder-white sand beaches, turquoise lagoons, and lush greenery. And since the couple live and work in Sao Paulo, most of the wedding organization was made from a distance.

Pat had envisioned her wedding as romantic and bohemian, with touches of chic sophistication, and over the months she sweetly kept us updated as to the progress of her wedding curation. A talented wedding stylist and decorator Paula Miranda, had attentively received Pat´s ideas. And the creative bride´s vision and a lot of Paula’s dedication brought together a wedding that was abundant in rustic elements and beautiful finishing touches. The stunning decoration complemented already gorgeous location chic bar Le Bar Baron. Situated at the Brava beach, the venue has had a history of hosting many high profile weddings, attended by prominent celebrities like the supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio.

With the gorgeous waves, flower crown, and her stunning boho Yolan Cris dress, Pat looked every inch the romantic and chic princess. She was met by the groom half way through the aisle, as they then walk together to exchange their vowes. And with the Ocean as a backdrop and loving family and friends as witnesses, the couple´s love had turned into union in marriage.
Almost immediately after the ceremony, a carnival- style dance party kicked off, fuelled by the great tunes played by local band the DUC, that animated the party throughout the evening.
The event was wonderfully coordinated by Mari Farraz, who together with her team made sure that everything went smoothly, and all of the couple´s needs were met.

We adore to be challenged, and when it means we have to pack all our photography gear and cross the Atlantic to document a gorgeous wedding on another continent, we embrace the challenge even more. Brazil is where our wedding photography lifestyle had all began for us, so Pat and Piotr´s wedding had been very memorable for us, and we´re grateful to have had the opportunity to document it through our lenses.
