You might recognise the name Tiffany Wright from The Proposers TV show. She was the girl running around like a mad woman arranging proposals on Sky TV
Well nowadays Tiffany has spread her wings to more than just proposals and has set up the UK’s first Romance Concierge with her sister Amanda. The One Romance, specialised in arranging romantic experiences –from out of this world marriage proposals to romantic dates. So, if your man is rubbish at Romance, then One Romance girls are the people to go to….they’ll soon sort him out.

My sister and I set up The One Romance after witnessing a friend give his wife a Lawn Mower for their wedding anniversary! We were shocked that someone could get romance so wrong! People knew I was a proposal planner and were used to me talking about the amazing proposals I had arranged but at that moment it struck me that romance was more than just proposals. So, we set up the UK and Europe’s First Romance Planning Company. We specialise in being proposal planners and arranging amazing proposals but we also want to make sure that the romance continued AFTER the proposal too. Which is where our Romance concierge service comes into play

So what is a Romance Concierge?
We are basically luxury romance planners. So, if your husband wants to surprise you with an incredible wedding anniversary, we will plan something completely spectacular and personalised to you! It’s like an extension of our proposals. We find a lot of our clients use us as their proposal planners and then stick with us for life – wanting us to plan every romantic event in their lives going forward!
We now offer a service where we will go shopping for a day with the guy and help him pick the perfect romantic gift or engagement ring. And the exiting bit? We even have a celebrity following! Yup we have helped certain celebrities be romantic!

Where are you based?
Our office in is Mayafair, London but we arrange proposals and offer our romance concierge service worldwide. I was actually flown over to Australia a few weeks ago to arrange a proposal which was incredible!

(I was flown over to Sydney to help arrange this proposal. It included 2 helicopters one for me and one for the couple! A secret secluded private beach, a personalised picnic and a gorgeous engagement ring! We then arranged a surprise engagement party for the couple back in Sydney afterwards!)

What’s been your biggest achievement?
Getting our first celebrity client was pretty exciting but to be honest we just love what we do. Bringing romance into people’s lives every day is pretty special!

(This was a surprise date we arranged for a girl who always wanted to visit paris. It included Eurostar tickets and a pair of Louboutins)

So how does your pricing work?
We work to anyone’s budget. When clients come to us, they usually have a budget in mind and we make sure we create the most incredible experience we can to match their budgets. Budgets vary a lot – last week we arranged a proposal for just 500 pounds whereas the week before we arranged a first date that cost 20k. It was a pretty special first date…..

(This was part of the 20k date. It included a speedboat, a Bentley, a private island, Gary Barlow (!), a burlesque dancer, sushi class and deep sea fishing!)

How does it work when people contact you?
We usually meet up with them somewhere glam (Either our offices in Mayfair or Soho house) and get to know them as much as possible. We ask all about their partner, their relationship…then we go away and come up with two romantic ideas for them. The client then chooses the idea he likes best and It’s up to him whether he plans it himself or uses our services.

What makes you unique and different?
We are the only proposals planners in the Uk who will never arrange the same proposal twice. It’s not romantic to offer ‘package proposals’ which have been done time and time again, so when clients come to us, we arrange something that has never been done before and will never be done again.

So why do you qualify as romance planners?
Well, I was co- founder or The Proposers so have been a proposal planner for years now. I’ve also had my own TV show arranging proposals and am about to start filming for a new show too! Amanda is a producer and so is amazing at making things look beautiful. She’s a great people person and is exceptionally organised. She’s even worked with Pippa Middleton!
