Woo-hoo it’s Thursday everyone, which means we are one step closer to the weekend! I hope you all have a wonderful day ahead of you! I have a lovely wedding for you today courtesy of my good friend Shelly from Toast of Leeds. The couple Emma and Adam went for a powder blue, retro theme wedding day, full of lovely little quirky touches. With a stunning 50’s themed wedding dress Emma looks amazing, as does Adam in his powder blue 3 piece suit. I do love it when a groom chooses a different colour and really shows his own personality through his suit! What a cute wedding!
Emma and Adam were married on the 6th of July at Holy Trinity Church before a reception at the Midland Hotel, Bradford. The bride and groom had 70 guests.
The photographer
Shelly the photographer was recommended to the bride and groom from a friend and they went to their favourite pub The Sparrow and had a pint as the weather was so hot for pictures. We also shot in the hotel’s Victorian Passageway which has lots of vintage touches.
The Dress
The bride’s gown was from Confetti and Lace in Pudsey and the headdress was by Loulou Pulchalka. The bridesmaid’s dresses were from Ebay
Flowers
The bouquet was very country style with little bits of purple wild flowers from The Willow Garden
Decoration
Table decorations were brilliant – all the tables had a different theme, Scooby Do, Barbie, Disney, the guests loved it. The bride and groom opted for a sweetheart table as opposed to a top table
Entertainment
The bride arrived in a vintage car and a friend played guitar during the ceremony.
