Saturday Cinema: Tracy and Richard’s Perfect Country House Wedding by Love Get’s Sweeter

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope the weekend is treating you well? Welcome along to another Saturday Cinema todays featured presentation is brought to you by Charlene McNabb from Love Gets Sweeter. It’s the beautiful wedding of  Tracy and Richard Marsh who were married on May 28th at St Werburgh’s Church, Chester with the reception at Thornton Manor, Wirral.

It’s a gorgeous wedding and the first thing that took my eye was Tracey’s stunning Jenny Peckham Dress, it’s just beautiful! In fact the whole of wedding party look amazing, with the gorgeous pastel bridesmaids dresses and the incredibly stylish suit that Richard is wearing, I am especially loving his shirt. The whole wedding looks very elegant but full of fun and it looks like everyone is thoroughly enjoying themselves! As for the music to go alongside the film, I LOVE it, so good to hear something  a bit more upbeat!

I asked Charlene what her favourite part of the wedding was ‘I really loved the whole family party feel of this day. The great thing about Thornton Manor is that you get exclusive use so it’s like having your own luxurious country retreat for the day! Tracy’s choice of pastels and beautiful detailing really did make this wedding stand out for me as it seemed so effortless. From her silk Jenny Packham gown and Emmy shoes to pastel flowers and bridesmaid dresses, it all went together beautifully. Oh, and I also loved that they took time for photos with a typically English phone box as Richard works for BT!’

What do you think makes a good wedding video ‘We shoot in a very documentary style which means we capture all those wonderful moments that happen throughout the day without staging it in any way so it feels natural. When you look back it feels like you are taken back to that very moment. You need to choose someone that you feel comfortable with. You will then find that you will quickly relax in front of the camera and even forget that they are there at some points! Don’t be afraid to make your wedding video personal either. The Black Eyed Peas track became a bit of a soundtrack to their day as they had a string quartet in the church play ‘I Gotta Feeling’ as well as having the original version play them in to the wedding breakfast room. This was really the only song that could be used for their Highlights as it meant to much to them.’

I love that choice of music for this video and how it changes as the party gets going! Also that has got to be the most beautiful wedding dress I’ve ever seen! So stunning! If only I had my time again. The bridesmaid dresses are gorgeous too! So stylish!
