'A Whole Lot of Loving and a Whole lot of Laughs' Sam and Stacey's Pre Wedding Shoot

Today I would like to share with you a beautiful put together pre wedding shoot from Igor Demba. I am a big fan of Igor’s work, he has a unique way of shooting that is highly creative, he has a great eye and takes some truly beautiful shots. This shoot is simple with no gimmicks and no props but I just love Igor’s way of capturing this couple, some truly imaginative shots in this collections of photographs.

The couple are Sam Hailes and Stacey Tonks, the shoot took place in November 2011 All around Southampton… car parks, streets, parks and Starbucks.
The wedding is booked for July 6th 2012 at Eastbourne, with a colour scheme of yellow, orange and coral taking inspiration for a sunset.

They describe their day as ‘It was a whole lot of loving and a whole lot of laughs. It was great to have our love captured by Igor.’

How they met
They met at church. Sam was Stacey’s small group leader. They barely spoke to each other for two years, until one summer they suddenly fell in love. They have now been together for three years.

The proposal
Stacey – It was perfect. Just the perfect day and the greatest surprise in the world. He proposed the day before my birthday and caught me completely off guard, I didn’t suspect a thing. He told me he was taking me out for my birthday and when we walked down my road he revealed he had borrowed a friend’s car and was taking me to Wakehurt Place – where we had our first date…
… We were walking through Wakehurst and Sam led me to a beautifully laid out picnic with all my favourite things. It was there he got down on one knee and made me the happiest girl in the world. I was so excited I can hardly even remember what he said, but he said will you marry me and that was enough to be claimed the best day ever.

Stacey – I love how Sammy is an amazing man of God and knows exactly how to look after me – he’s so caring and loving.
Sammy – Stacey is just so much fun to be around. She has become my best friend and does an amazing job of keeping me happy.
