BBC3′s Don’t tell the Bride looking for same sex couples

I got a call from the Producers of BBC3 Don’t Tell The Bride a few days ago, they had somehow heard about the work I am doing with the Sheffield Pride’s Rainbow Wedding tent.
They wanted to know if I could help them find a same sex couple to appear on the next series, of course I was only to happy to help.

So if you are a same sex couple who are looking to get married but just don’t have the budget at the moment then why not consider going on the show?
If you haven’t seen it before the whole idea is that the bride is left completely in the dark while the groom gets 3 weeks to plan her perfect day with £12,000 to do it with. They live separately while the Groom does his best to second guess what his partner wants.

The producer gave me this information:

BBC3’s hit show ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ is back for a 4th series and is looking for couples NOW!

We are interested in hearing from same sex couples who would like to take part in the programme, so if you would like to apply please contact us on:

So what have you got to loose? as long as your not camera shy then it is a perfect opportunity to get on TV and get your wedding paid for!!

They are always looking for couples, so if you contact weddings@renegadepictures.co.uk and they can send you some more details. When they contacted me they were specifically looking for same sex couple though, but always worth asking. xxx

hey sweet….me and my fiance have been together for a year now and are desperate to be married,except money at the moment is the only thing stopping us due to providing for 3 children,they always come first…we would really really really love to be able to have a chance to do this.if u could make this come true for us then we would be forever greatful,how do we go about doing this as excited even writing this message to you,just to see my baby girls face to know that we were able to be married would be such a great experience thank you for taking time to read what seems to have turned out to be an essay haha xx

hi my names andria i have been with my bf nik for 7 years in feb we have a 16 month old daughter together who we both very much love and both would really love to get married , as we both feel it would complete are family. But like most of us with the credit crunch wer just cant afford it with bills and money going out all the time. me and my hubby only watched the show 2 weeks ago for the first time and we would like too give it a wshoot,thas if we have any luck of getting on there if you could let me know how too applying or even putting a good word in for us would be great lol ! hop too hear from you soon xxx andria and nik

I would love to be on the show. My fiance and I have been together for a year and he asked me after the second month of us dating I told him I would think about it. Next month I let him know yes I would marry him but hello no money to get married. we would certainly appreciate the oppertunity to have the wedding of our dreams and not just get married at the court house which a lot of people my age in my city do but I dont wanna go that route!! I want the wedding of my dreams.
